The local organizing committee has reached an agreement with Zijingang Hotel for our delegates to stay there at very favorable room rates. The hotel is right next to the university campus, and within walking distance to our conference rooms.

Notes:

• The Organizing Committee will use its account to deposit for all UCCTS2008 delegates planning to stay at Zijingang Hotel. So no individual deposit is needed for hotel room reservation. Delegates are supposed to pay their own deposit and room rates in RMB cash when they check in/out. Exchanges can be made at the Bank of China right next to the hotel. Room rates (260/280RMB) may be subject to some slight adjustment in light of general inflation.

• Inter-city transportation in China may be a bit crowded by the end of September. Delegates are therefore advised to book their train/shuttle/air tickets beforehand.

• Kindly please fill out this form and mail/fax us as early as possible (even if you don't plan to stay at Zijingang Hotel). We can't guarantee a timely issue of visa if your feedback doesn't reach us by June 25th (International).
