基于语料库的学习者同义词使用分析——从搭配的分析角度

摘要:以 WECCL和FLOB为基础,通过使用语料库的方法,分析中国高级英语学习者如何掌握一组意义相近,但难度不同的词(将big,large,great,huge,giant,tremendous,enormous,immense和titanic作为例子)。并从搭配的角度,分析了导致中国英语学习者和英语本族语使用者对这些词用法不同的因素。研究表明,搭配的使用不同导致了这些词的不同使用。母语迁移,不同语域下的误用以及语义韵冲突导致了两个语料库中搭配的不同使用。

汉语二语学习者中介语僵化心理因素及其对策研究以韩国留学生为例

摘要:随着中国的高速发展及与各国文化交流的增强世界各地掀起了学习汉语的热潮。然而在汉语学习过程中,会出现中介语发展停滞不前的现象,即为中介语僵化现象。本文旨在探究汉语学习者写作中出现的僵化错误及其心理成因。作者对30名韩国留学生进行了一项写作测试,采用典型错误法,将被试在写作中的僵化错误挑出,并归为三类:虚词使用不当、连词使用不当、及语序混乱。另外,作者设计了一份调查问卷调查了62名韩国学生受各种心理因素影响的程度,并使用社会科学统计软件包(SPSS 20.0)对问卷结果进行分析,结果显示有三种心理因素对僵化产生影响,分别是汉语学习者缺少自我纠正能力,汉语学习者倾向使用较简单的词汇和较简单的句型产出汉语,汉语学习者更注重内容而不是形式。根据这些发现,作者提出了相应的教学建议以防止僵化的发生,建议包括让学生互相纠错,适当鼓励学生使用难词难句,增加关于汉语形式的练习,举办各类与中国学生交流的活动等等。

A Study on the Psychological Factors of Interlanguage Fossilization of CFL Learners and Its Solutions
—Taking the Korean CFL learners as an Example
Abstract: With China’s rapid development and exchanges of culture with other countries, the world has been witnessing the growing enthusiasm for learning Chinese. Nevertheless, in the course of Chinese learning, fossilization--a kind of permanent cessation in interlanguage development will emerge and hold back the progress of CFL teaching and weaken the confidence of CFL learners as well. This paper aims to explore the interlanguage fossilization found in the CFL learners’ writings and the influences of relevant psychological factors. A writing test and a questionnaire were developed and conducted with 30 and 62 Korean CFL students being the participants respectively. The results were collected and analyzed with SPSS 20.0. The indicators of fossilization were enumerated and classified into 3 aspects: the misuse of function words, the improper conjunctions between sentences and the confusion of word orders. And 3 influential psychological factors were found out to account for their interlanguge fossilization. They are 1) the lack of self-correction; 2) the use of simpler Chinese vocabulary and sentence patterns; 3) more focus on content than on form. Based on the findings, the author tries to propose several pedagogical recommendations for CFL teachers: leading the students to correct errors for each other, encouraging the students to use advanced vocabulary and complex sentences, increasing exercises on forms and organizing activities involving interactions between Chinese students and foreign students.

语料库视角下英语演讲语言的特点分析

摘要:本文通过用AntConc软件对由69篇名人演讲形成的语料库中的词汇、句法特点进行了分析,试概括了演讲语言的特点以及修辞特点。结果表明演讲语言具有共鸣性、即时性、主观性以及感召性,大量使用复合排比句,结构严谨,句法规范。这些为外语教学中学生演讲的教学提供了原则、策略和方法,对了解英语演讲语言特点,提高学生英语演讲水平很有启示作用。
