How the University Curriculum Reform Serves for the Employment

Abstract: Confronted with the globalization, nowadays, the levels of economy and science develop rapidly, so it is indispensable to carry out the task of cultivating enough talents. In order to satisfy the social development and cater for market demands, university curriculum reform should be more frequently served for employment, avoiding being always confined to the textbooks and learning pure theoretical knowledge through memory. In that way, a group of talents who have no knowledge actually will be cultivated, because the things they learn at the university deviate from the society and when they start to work, they need to learn the relevant contents from the beginning. To a certain degree, students’ career developments are possible to be influenced by the direction and quality of university curriculum reform. To link the university curriculum reform and employment development better, this essay will put forward the effective advice from three aspects.

大学课程改革如何为就业服务

摘要：面对全球化大背景，如今的经济和科学水平飞速发展，人才培养任务迫在眉睫。为了满足社会发展，迎合市场需求，大学课程改革应当更多地为就业服务，而非一味地拘泥于课本，通过死记硬背学习纯粹的理论知识，培养一批没有知识的知识分子，导致学生在校所学内容完全与社会脱节，走向工作岗位以后需要从零开始。从某种程度上来说，大学课程改革的方向与质量能够影响学生将来的就业发展。为了使得大学课程改革更好地与就业挂钩，本文将从三方面给出相关建议。

人性本能与伦理诉求之博弈
——《水之乡》中玛丽的意志转化分析

摘要：英国当代重要小说家格雷厄姆·斯威夫特代表作《水之乡》讲述了主人公汤姆通过回顾个人和家族的历史来反省自己的人生到底出了何差错。在汤姆的这场个人史、家族史和社会史交织的历史反思中，其妻子玛丽扮演了举足轻重的角色。因此，虽为普通女性的玛丽同样值得探讨，尤其是其带有浓重悲剧色彩的生命历程所折射出的深层伦理呼唤和道德警示意义。本文运用文学伦理学批评的基本观点，从伦理角度分析玛丽的意志转化及其影响，由此阐释了玛丽人生以伦理悲剧作结的前因后果。玛丽身上映射出的人之本性与伦理诉求的博弈过程，具有一定的现实启发与警示意义：作为斯芬克斯因子存在的人，有必要正确运用伦理意志，确保理性意志对个人行为的主导地位，从而尽可能远离非理性意志酿成的惨剧。

西方传教士与晚清时期的安徽

摘要：1807年耶稣会传教士马礼逊入华开启了基督教新教在华传播的篇章。19世纪末20世纪初英美等国的传教士在安徽传布宗教的同时也记录了当时安徽的发展情况。这篇文章以内地会传教士高豁达所作的The Province of Anhwei一文为基础，阐述晚清时期基督教在安徽的传播状况以及当时传教士眼中的安徽。
