汉语公式化序列长度和频数关系的协同理论研究

摘要:本研究采取语料库驱动范式,探究汉语公式化序列长度和频数的关系规律,旨在验证协同理论构建于词汇层面的理论和模型在公式化语言上的适用性。研究结果表明, 汉语公式化多词序列的长度对其使用频数产生负影响,二者之间的关系规律可以进一步通过幂函数F=aLbe⁃cL描述。从长度―频数关系出发,研究结果拓宽了原有理论和模型的适用范围,进一步探讨语言的共性;通过跨语域的对比研究,发掘了公式化语言的特性。

A Corpus-based Study on Modality in Chinese Civil-Commercial Legislation and its English Version: A Socio-semiotic Perspective

Abstract: As an important linguistic feature, modality plays a significant role in various kinds of discourse relations to express one’s subjective thinking. Using authentic and official data, the paper aims to investigate the modality in Chinese Civil-Commercial legislation and its English version. Based on two corpora consisting of approximately 709,175 words and aided by the Software Wmatrix and AntConc, the research mainly probes into the types of modality, the values (high, median and low), the distribution of various values, the differences between Chinese modal signifiers and English modal signifiers and the functions they serve in Chinese Civil-Commercial Legislation and their English versions. In the final part of this paper, a socio-semiotic interpretation will be given for us to better understand the meaning, usage and functions of the modal signifiers.

话语视域下的中美南海争端-以南海仲裁案为实例

摘要：南海仲裁案从表面上看是菲律宾向仲裁庭提交的，其真正的幕后推手是美国，美国煽动国际舆论向中国施压，妄图化解中国对南海的主权要求。话语互动是南海事务的重要构成部分,对南海仲裁案的中美话语进行分析可以帮助我们更为深刻地把握争端的实质并找到合适的应对策略。本研究以文化话语理论和语用论辩学为范式对南海仲裁案中美双方的话语互动进行了宏观和微观两个层面的考察。本研究使用了文化话语理论对话语的宏观使用过程进行了考察，发现中方在话语主体比较多元、较好地使用了国内话语渠道，但是在国际话语渠道和话语主题设置上均有一定不足;而美方设置议程强，美方政府、非政府话语相互配合，相辅相成，话语渠道相对广泛。从微观话语策略操控的角度来看，通过论辩话语的“策略机动”分析方法，发现中方在话题选择、挑选潜在论据和选择表达手段三个方面尚有很大提升空间。正视话语在南海争端的作用，争取主动权、避免被动应对，注重话语的策略和方法是我国在国际政治领域努力的方向和重点。
