摘要：唐·德里罗在《白噪音》中描写了一个后现代景观社会。本文从居伊•德波的景观社会理论切入，分析《白噪音》中景观遮蔽本真的颠倒现象：传统的触觉中心主义变为视觉中心主义，商品消费文化变为景象消费文化，闲暇生活被景观支配、发生异化。通过阐述颠倒的社会现象，本文试图探寻主体性消解的主题，揭露后现代社会中人类的精神困境：个体追求“表象式名望”，抽象符号代替真实个体；信仰遭遇危机，景观崇拜代替宗教信仰；批判意识瓦解，被动接受代替主观创造，从而更深刻地理解《白噪音》中被景观支配的社会现象和社会个体。

五星骑士的典雅爱情：《高文爵士和绿衣骑士》中高文的爱情形象分析

摘要：中世纪的欧洲骑士不仅需要效忠君王、教会，还要效忠在中世纪占统治地位的贵族妇女，不同于传统史诗中的“武士”，这一时期的骑士追求绅士风度，是中世纪浪漫传奇中“典雅爱情”的主角。在《高文爵士和绿衣骑士》中，作为“五星”骑士的高文爵士，不得不在骑士的各种职责间寻求平衡，以维护骑士的行为道德规范。因此，本文将探究高文爵士如何平衡“典雅爱情”同君主权威、基督教传统间的冲突，并分析其主体意识的觉醒对其爱情观的影响。

A Study on the Thematic Structure of Medical Research Paper Abstracts

Abstract：Based on the important role of the Theme-Rheme theory in making discourse analysis from the perspective of Systemic Functional Grammar, this paper investigates the types of Theme in medical research paper abstracts. This study is carried by applying linguistic statistic methods to analyze the proportion of various Theme types of the sample material and find out the characteristics. The author hypothesizes that the proper choices of Themes can make the abstracts better understood and then explores the Themes of 8 sample abstracts extracted from The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) and British Medical Journal (BJM). The final results suggest that the choices of Themes are important for the readers to produce a better understanding of the medical problems discussed in the paper and also can be an inspiration for the medical professionals and translators to improve the quality of writing and translation.
