SIS Signed an Intercollegiate Exchange Agreement with Faculty of Arts, University of Ottawa

Mar. 31 to Apr. 3, George Lang, Dean of Faculty of Arts, and David Staines, former Vice-Dean of the
faculty, visited School of International Studies (SIS), Zhejiang University. Prof. Fan Jieping, Administrative
Vice-Dean of SIS, Mr. Hu Songfa, Secretary of Party committee attended the meeting, as well as
three Vice-Deans of SIS, Prof. Yin Qiping, Prof. He Lianzhen and Prof. Zhou Xing. Both sides had a
discussion on the issues of teachers and students exchange and joint research. An intercollegiate
exchange agreement was signed by representatives from the two universities, which is an encouraging
achievement in the international exchange work of SIS.
