On November 3, School of International Studies held a working conference. Teachers in Charge of Classes(TCC) of undergraduates attended the conference to study Working Regulations for TCCs in Zhejiang University and made plans for future work. The teachers present held spirited discussions about how to enhance the educational management of undergraduates and carry forward the good style of study. The Party Committee secretary Mr. Hu Songfa attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
The team of headteachers plays an important part in undergraduate education and has a great influence on students’ development. The school of International Studies always has a good style of study. The school pays great attention to TCCs’ work and has set up a team consisting of backbone research staff to guarantee TCCs’ work ; Headteachers take as their own obligations the sound growth of their students, offering help and instructions whenever they can. Thus, they are regarded as good teachers
as well as intimate friends by students. From this semester, focusing on the improvement of study atmosphere, the school will enhance the work of TCCs as requested by the university by improving the construction and management of the team so as to make it work more efficiently.
