The internationally experienced expert on the management and administration of universities and other academic institutions , Mr. Klaus Thiele from Technical University of Berlin , Germany , spends a four weeks'stay at the School of International Studies of Zheda in order to counsel the leaders of the school in their ongoing reform process , especially with the restructuring of the school's administration, and the establishment of new institutes. The aim of his activities is the reorganization of the school's management according to international standards and a greater efficiency in the use of funds and human resources.
Mr. Klaus Thiele has a vast reservoir of management and administration experiences. He was for many years the main representative of the employees of one of Germany's leading universities, Technical University of Berlin . For many years Mr. Thiele was head of the administration of the School of Humanities in Technical University of Berlin. He was counselor of several university presidents, and he held a major position in the nation wide organization of German academic research fellows. In the process of combining and restructuring two academic systems after the German Unification, Mr. Thiele also held responsible positions.
