In recent years, academic exchange activities with other universities, including Aston University, China University of Political Science and Law, University of California (Law School), Columbia Law School, University of Washington, Georgetown University (Law Center), University of Geneva, Peking University and Zhejiang University in Language and Law has been frequent and productive. With Hong Kong, as an international city, playing an important role of the meeting point of different cultures and with China being the convergence of various jurisdictions, a new association – Multicultural Association of Law and Language (hereafter as MALL) was founded in 2009, with Prof. King Kui Sin (Hang Seng Management College; formerly at City University of Hong Kong) as Founding President, Prof. Le Cheng (Zhejiang University; formerly at City University of Hong Kong) as Secretary General, Prof. Le Cheng, Prof. Craig Hoffman (Georgetwon University Law Center), Prof. Lijin Sha (China University of Political Science and Law), Prof. Joseph-G. Turi (Secretary-General, International Academy of Linguistic Law) and Dr. Anne Wagner (Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale) as Vice Presidents.
