May 1, 2015, Journal Star had a six-hour talk about Shufa with Zheng Rui, a young scholar from SIS, Zhejiang University.
Due to the talks on Shufa given by Zheng Rui at the Department of Art and Art History, UNL, in 2014 and the demonstration at the party celebrating the Chinese New Year of Yang held by Sheldon Museum of Art in the beginning of 2015, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the citizens begin to know more about Chinese Shufa and become more interested in the Chinese art. Due to the growing interest, Cory Matteson and Tessa Lighty with Journal Star, in Lincoln, Nebraska, visited Zheng and they had a six-hour talk on Shufa from 10 am through 4 pm, Mar 1.
