LIN Xiao



Lin Xiao, female, PhD, associate professor at College of International Studies, Zhejiang University. She got her bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching from the Foreign Languages Department, the former Hangzhou University, her master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from College of International Studies, Zhejiang University, and her Ph. D. in Education from College of Education, Zhejiang University. She was a visiting scholar at Bristol University, UK from April 2007 to April 2008.


Research work

Herpresent research interests include sociolinguistics, language policy and language planning, foreign language education policy, and comparative education policy etc.
