On the afternoon of December 29, 2023, a New Year celebration for foreign teachers of the School of Foreign Languages was held at Qinghe Cafe. Present at the celebration were Professor DONG Yanping, Dean and Professor MIN Shangchao, Vice Dean of the School, as well as foreign teachers, department heads, and foreign affairs secretaries.
Prof. DONG, on behalf of the School, first expressed her heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their diligent work and efforts in the past year, and then her warm wishes for a joyful and healthy new year. Vice Dean MIN also thanked everyone for their contributions to teaching and academic research of the school.
While enjoying delicacies, everyone shared their stories of working and living at Zhejiang University, with laughter filling the air.
In the gift-exchange program, everyone got a gift prepared by another friend through drawing lots on-site and then conveyed best wishes to each other in a joyful atmosphere.
