According to the joint training program agreement between SIS and UoM, students in the 2+2 program study in SIS in ZJU during their first two years and in School of Arts, Languages and Cultures in the University of Manchester in England during their third and fourth year. Those who have fulfilled the program requirements upon graduation are granted both a Bachelor of Arts degree from ZJU and Bachelor’s degree from UoM. Enrolled students receive a scholarship equal to 20% of the annual tuition fee of UoM. The number of students is limited to five.
In addition, students in the 3+1 program may continue their studies at master’s-level at UoM directly after they have acquired all credits for a ZJU bachelor’s degree within three years, including completing the graduation thesis. Those in the 4+1 program may directly apply for master’s-level study at UoM after acquiring a ZJU bachelor degree. Students receive a scholarship equal to 20% of the annual tuition fee of UoM. The number of students is limited to five.
