On the basis of the agreement between SIS and Aarhus Univeristet in Denmark, since 2015 five outstanding SIS students are selected each year to attend the International Communication and Cross-cultural Communication Capacity summer program each year, which provides concrete examples of typical and rich cross-cultural challenges encountered by multinationals and international organizations, and helps students to understand and respond to specific cases and projects through multiple channels and teaching methods. The program aims to enable participants to grasp the differences in people’s ideas, expressions, and behaviors in cross-cultural situations, and to face challenges in an increasingly globalized career environment.
